Here are the specs of three new Mac minis

Also the specs of two (and one running OS X Server) new Apple Mac mini models has already leaked out.

Here is the specs:

  • 2.5 GHz dual-core, 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard drive
  • 2.3 GHz quad-core, 4GB RAM, 1TB Hard drive
  • Server: 2.3 GHz quad-core 4GB of RAM, 2TB Hard drive

It looks like you can upgrade the RAM[1] memory to as much as16GB on these models too.
