The iPad 5 is soon here - will it have a inductive smart cover?

Apple always releases a new iPad in the Spring, so hopefully the iPad 5 is soon here. Rumors says that it won't be here until June though. Other rumors says that it will come with a inductive Smart Cover that can wirelessly charge the iPad 5. That would be cool.
What else can the iPad have more than a faster processor and more RAM memory? Maybe an IGZO display that makes it half as heavy? I hope so, that is needed for the 9.7-inch iPad.
It will also be designed as the iPad mini.
