Apple is setting up banners for the WWDC 2013 event next week, June 10. And the message on the banners says "Where a whole new world is developing" and with brightly colored squares. To me that could mean that we will see some cheap plastic version of the iPhone in bright colors, that will be sold in non-developing countries.
So I think we will see a cheaper iPhone on the WWDC event, that will be available in July.
The iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 will not be available until this Fall.
And of course will we see the new iOS 7 and the latest OS X version for Mac.
