Fortis Flieger Professional Aviatis is a modern pilot watch that keeps some of the traditional design details from the old pilot watches. For example hands and the clear hour and minute markers. The Fortis Flieger Professional also has Day and Date fields, and everything goes in a light green color design. And the overall design and colors works great together with my variable brightness. The watchface is quite beautifully "lumed" in very dark environments, with as low brightness as mode 5.
On this watchface i also added an automatic decrease of brightness after sunset. It decreases the brightness with 30%. And get to normal brightness again at sunrise.
Setting the brightness level between 5-7 works great in low light environments. This variable brightness can you use together with the automated too if you like. Both works simultaneously.
Tap below 6 to choose between 7 different brightness levels. I added that placement very low on the display to minimize the risk of adding smudge and dirt on the screen.
Second hand shows battery level when dimmed.
I drew and sketched the hands and all the assets in a vector-based software to get the sharpness I want, the rest I did completely in Watchmaker.
