Will Samsung Galaxy Note III have a 6.3 inch screen?

Korea Times says that Samsung is developing a Galaxy Note 3 with a 6.3-inch DIsplay! That's waay too big. I mean the Note II has the maximum size for a device to always have with you comfortably. So a 6.3-inch screen would make the device too big for that. It will be a tablet and not have the phone feature anymore then.

So I really hope this rumors is not true, and that Samsung is just working on a Note 3 with the same size as the Note 2, just slimmer, thinner and with smaller bezel instead.

By the way, Korea Times also says that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S IV on Mobile World Congress in February, and not on CES in January. Interesting times ahead!
