Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumored specs - it looks like I was right about the screen :) (update)

Some specs (and an image) of the coming Samsung Galaxy Note III has leaked out, and it looks like I was completely right when it comes to the screen size :) I've said earlier in a video that the only size Samsung haven't used is 6-inch, and to be exact: 5.99-inch. And I was right :) At least it looks like it.

Rumored Specs:

  • 5.99-inch Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution
  • Exynos 5410 Octa processor with 2.0GHz quad-core A15 CPU and 1.7GHz quad-core A7 CPU
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 32GB of storage
  • microSD support
  • Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
The rumor also says that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be presented in mid June, but I don't believe that. I've said earlier that I think it will be unveiled in September during the IFA event.

Update: This Galaxy Note III picture was apparently fake. The picture is of a huge mid range phablet called ZOPO ZP950.

It looks like Samsung is having three prototypes of the Galaxy Note 3. One with same design as the Galaxy S4, one with a completely new design, and one with a flexible display.
The one with a flexible display sounds very interesting, but I think it's too early for that. SO hopefully it will be the one with a complete new design.

Update 2: A new rumor says that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will have an eight-core Mali-450 MP GPU in addition to an Exynos 5 Octa CPU. That means both an eight-core GPU and an eight-core CPU. The new GPU is not ARM’s current flagship mobile GPU, but it will deliver a great graphics experience to the Note 3. It has double the performance of its predecessor.
Samsung tries to make sure that The Galaxy Note 3 will be the device for the future. The best mobile device they can offer. I hope the design will be that also.. I am starting to get bored with the Samsung Galaxy plastic..
