Can someone please tell me why the official Twitter app is by far not as great on the iPad as it is on the iPhone? Why is Twitter neglecting the app on the iPad?
No iOS share sheet on the iPad
But on the iPhone there is support for iOS share sheet…
There is a lot of features that is simply not available in the iPad version. Very strange. For example one of the newest features, support for iOS share sheet is only available on the iPhone version…. And the same with the great “quote tweet” feature… Only available on the iPhone… You can't even see the quoted tweets on the iPad! They look terrible…
And the quote tweet feature is only available on the iPhone..
And the stats feature to see how well a tweet goes is also only available on the iPhone. And the “While you were away” feature too. The list goes on and on…
And the strange thing is that the app is always updated on both the iPhone and iPad on the same time! But the iPad version always lacks all the new features….
I think this is very bad and a very strange way Twitter is doing this.. Why don't handle the iPad with the same respect?
