Specs and some info about the coming Sony Xperia Z Tablet (C690X ‘Pollux’) has leaked out. The tablet will be designed as the Xperia Z phone, water and dust resistant and will only be 6.9mm thick! That's incredible. Almost exactly the same specs as the phone:
