Apple iPad mini 2 2013 has been announced

Apple has unveiled the new iPad mini, the mini 2. At it has a new 7.9-inch Retina display. Same resolution as the 9.7-inch iPad.

• 10-hour battery life.
• 2x faster WiFi with MIMO, expanded LTE band support
• 5-megapixel iSight, 1080p FaceTime camera. Silver and black versions.
• Starts at $399 with Wi-Fi, $529 with mobile data.
• Available in November
• New Smart Covers in new colors for $39.
• New full-wrap case in colors for $79.
