It’s been requested many times and now it’s here: support for 24 bit wave files. Keeping on the wave file theme we have two components that use a new Wave Array data type. You can load up samples into the new Wave File Array component and then play them back using the new Wave Array Read component. These components make it much easier to make efficient sample players.
The existing Wave Read Mono and Wave Read Stereo components have been replaced with a single component that will read both mono and stereo waves. Shematics that use the old components will still load and work so this change won’t affect your existing work.
We've added some restrictions to stop you from creating links that the software does not handle. For example, if you try and connect a MIDI connector to a Stream connector now the software will indicate that this is not permitted and prevent the link from being created. In addition, the software will prevent you from creating links that would put an Analyser in the same signal path as a MIDI to Poly/Poly to Mono combination. This is not allowed and up until now if you tried it the software would have crashed.
Additions and fixes:

– Enhanced the Wave Read component so that is now can detect whether a mono or stereo wave is fed into it and process it accordingly
– Fixed the problem in FL Studio that was causing PC keyboard MIDI input to be lost after interacting with a SynthMaker made plugin
– Bitmaps were being displayed at the incorrect size when an exported plugin was used on a PC with SynthMaker istalled but using a different zoom level from the originator
– Vertical and Vector sliders have been updated to remove redundant components and increase efficiency
– Corrected the problem with plugins when used in hosts like WaveLab wehere preset data was being reset to saved values
– The Format String component was crashing or giving an incorrect result when using letters x, n or f at the beginning of the format specification
– The ADSR was not allowing param changes when replaying or stealing a note until after the release phase was complete
– Preset parameters set up for automation only were not being included in the parameter list for an exported plugin
– New mechanism for preventing illegal links from being created

What Is SynthMaker?
SynthMaker is a graphical programming environment for creating VST instruments and effects plug-ins.
You can also use SynthMaker to learn about and experiment with digital signal processing so it's a great educational tool as well.
