Renoise provides you with an elaborate interface based on many years of experience with Trackers. Designed to support you to the fullest in the composing process rather than distract and interrupt your flow of creativity. Many new widgets, like scrollable areas, pull down menus, have been introduced, applying Windows style logic to the tracker environment.
Furthermore Renoise supports user definable themes, letting you change the face of Renoise to fit your needs and moods. We took special care with the keyboard shortcuts. Almost every function of Renoise is controllable by keyboard and these shortcuts are all user definable!
Renoise also provides a highly sophisticated mouse driven interface segment. The mouse wheel is fundamental, used for scrolling through the pattern editor, instruments, song positions etc. Combining these two work methods seamlessly makes Renoise the most efficient windows tracker around!
Renoise 1.5.2 OS X has been updated to support both PowerPC and Intel Macintosh computers. If you have an Intel Macintosh, you can expect Renoise to run faster.
There have been no changes besides the optimization for Macintosh hardware.
