* Fix for repeated error message every time Cantabile starts when can't update registry with file associations. Message is now only displayed on first run.
* Improvements to keyboard handling for selecting racks in the rack list. Tab/Shift+Tab or Left/Right Arrows can now be used to move focus between the rack name and rack number. Also up/down arrows on the radio buttons now works for selecting the active rack.
