Improvements
-improvement of control context menu (right click):
* gives an access to all parameters of the remote panel (remote mode, remote on/off).
* 'Find in patch' command to open the owner patch of the control
-the velocity zone of the pianoroll has a fixed height.
-new [file/clear master section] menu.
-images are sent to the back of the interface panel.
-new Mute (mono, stereo) sub-patches.
-new Midi Random CC sub-patch.
Fixed bugs
-better compatibility with some Vst plugs.
-vst of the master section are now destroyed when quit.
-bad blob reception for audio signals in Open Sound Control (OSC) receive.
-midi out module overflow can crash the audio engine.
-the iconize button doesn't work on control windows.
