Cyanogen raises $22 Million in funding - The future looks good

Cyanogen Inc. has announced a whopping $22 million in Series B funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Tencent. After this new huge funding, Cyanogen plans to expand quite much, they are opening an office in Shenzhen, China and adds 50 more team members over the next coming months. That means that the company will be double as big.

Cyanogen also has some plans to launch a mass consumer brand and service next year or in the beginning of 2015. That will probably include their own phones.

I believe that Cyanogen and CyanogenMod[1] has a very bright future. I wish Cyanogen good luck with everything, they have done so much good for Android and the developing community.
