Will Samsung release a Chromebook with 64-bit Exynos ARM processor and Super AMOLED touchscreen on CES 2014?

If Samsung will release a new Chromebook on CES 2014, with a 64 bit Exynos ARM processor, Touchscreen with Super AMOLED panel, as +Chris Robato says, will it come with Samsung bloat too? Or doesn't they add bloat on Chromebooks?

Personally I switched from Samsung when it comes to phones because they hurt Android in the way they are doing, adding more and more strange Samsung features and crapware. They are clearly making their own Android version, and are moving away from Android. Another sign for that is their first Tizen phone that they probably will present on CES too..
