The more I think of it the more I think Apple will reuse the "MacBook Air" brand for a new kind of device. I mean it has no purpose as it is now anymore. It's thicker and heavier than the 12-inch MacBook, and the MacBook Pro gets thinner and lighter. And the video I did yesterday about a new Apple patent with a new force touch device with a thin cover with a virtual keyboard and touchpad got me thinking, maybe the rumored iPad Pro is actually that device but it will be called "MacBook Air" and run OS X?
