Personally, I think that could be a game changer if that's true. There are millions of people that suffers from diabetes, and if Apple can make it easy for those people to measure glucose, then Apple will sell Apple Watches in droves.
Interchangeable smart watch bands, could mean that this new glucose measure feature is not built-in to the watch itself, but into an optional watch band. That's smart, because not all people suffer from diabetes.
