Google Pixel 2, codenamed Taimen, is apparently spotted on Geekbench with 4GB RAM, and runs on ANDROID O, the next Android version.
As I've said before, there is no benefits left with Stock Android anymore, rather the opposite, Samsung's version of Android is actually better. Optimized for the hardware, less bugs because of that, and more features. So if the Google Pixel 2 still has a smaller display and large bezels, then I recommend buying the awesome Samsung Galaxy S8+ instead.
