In the video below I unbox the TP-Link UH720 - USB 3.0 7-Ports Hub that I will use to power my FreeNAS external hard drives. I've had some problems with the old USB hub I had before this. It couldn't get enough power for my external hard drives. I really love FreeNAS, it's such a stable and easy NAS operating system to use. You can basically use it with any old computer you have that you don't use anymore. I use it with a laptop as you can see in the video. And I have installed Plex server on it. Works great. And also SMB shares, FTP server and Apple shares. Just awesome.
