This is why I don't have a new iPhone - I use my iPad Air 4 (2020) as an iPhone

I have an old iPhone XS Max. This year it turns three years old. I still don’t have the need to upgrade because I use my iPad Air 4 as both an iPhone, tablet and laptop. And what the iPad is not useful for that the iPhone is good for, my Apple Watch takes care of instead. So my iPhone XS Max is only used as an Hub for my other devices. I use the internet connection of the iPhone for my iPad Air 4 (2020), Apple Watch series 5, and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. So the iPhone XS Max is always with me and as much as I can on a charger. Both wireless and wired chargers. I don’t use it for anything else. My other devices is what I use.
