Should you buy the iPad Air 5 (2022)?

Apple presented the new iPad Air 5 (2022) on their Spring event recently. And it is as good as the iPad Air 4 (2020), but now even faster with the M1 CPU. Should you buy it? And also the Magic Keyboard to it? Or is it better to buy the MacBook Air then? Should you buy the iPad Air 5 if you already have the iPad Air 4?
