How to tap corner in KOReader on your e-Reader to sync with Readest on your iPhone, iPad or other phones & tablets

The Readest app for iPhone, Mac, iPad, web, android, linux makes it possible to sync reading progress (soon highlights too) to all your e-Readers that runs KOReader thanks to an excellent plugin called Readest KOReader plugin. The latest version of that plugin makes it now also possible to add gestures in KOReader to easily manually sync reading progress with gestures. In this tutorial I show you how to add tap gestures to both push latest reading progress and pull latest reading progress.
